The Children and Young Peoples’ Experience Survey has been designed so that health bosses can understand and respond to their experiences during the pandemic.
Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust said: “It is extremely important that we hear from as many young people, between the ages of 10-18, as possible so we can continue to provide the best possible care we can.
“We want to know how they feel their own mental health has been affected or changed due to the pandemic. The survey is anonymous and all comments will remain confidential.”
