Parents/carers of children with Special Educational Needs and Disability are invited to take part in our virtual SEND transition meeting being held next month.
The Zoom meeting, on Wednesday December 9th at 1.30pm, will include guest speakers from South Tyneside Council, South Tyneside College and Kooth providing updates and services that can support families and their children or young people.
