South Tyneside Council is working in partnership with South Tyneside Clinical Commissioning Group to help improve local pharmacy services.
They would like your help to improve what is on offer in our local pharmacies by answering a few questions about the way you use them.
Your responses will help us to write a local Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA), which will help to make sure that your local pharmacy services provide what you need both now and in the future.
