Called ‘A Better U – The 12 Ways to Christmas’, the online brochure has tips and hints for those who may be alone or potentially vulnerable over the next couple of weeks.

It includes sections on:

  • Spending well
  • Keeping active
  • Staying safe
  • Eating well
  • Drinking sensibly
  • Staying in touch
  • Managing your mood

Each contains advice on avoiding many of the things people can suffer at Christmas – from candles and Christmas lights causing house fires to loneliness.
