Healthwatch South Tyneside is looking for an enthusiastic and community-minded Engagement and Insight Officer to help ensure residents have a say in the health and social care services they rely on.
This is a part-time role (24 hours per week) and the salary is £25,500 pa (pro rata).
What you’ll do
- Engage with local communities to understand their health and social care experiences
- Gather insights and feedback to help improve services
- Work collaboratively with groups, organisations, and residents to amplify their voices
- Help shape meaningful change in local health and social care provision
