Community mental health organisation Even Better is raising awareness of its free services for people needing support.
The Community Interest Company, based at Bilton Hall Community Trust in Low Simonside, Jarrow, runs a coffee morning every Monday from 10am to 12noon and a weekly one-to-one wellbeing service each Wednesday from 9am and 1pm.
It was launched in 2019 by highly qualified HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist Dr Hannah Burman. She said: “If you know you need some support, but you don’t know how to get started, come along to our one-to-one service. We’ll listen, help you work out what will work best for you, and get you on the road to progress!”
