An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Healthwatch South Tyneside team after the creation of several new staff positions.
We are recruiting an Engagement Officer/Volunteer Co-ordinator, an Engagement and Insight Officer, and a Data Collection Officer/Administrator.
Engagement Officer/Volunteer Co-ordinator
The Engagement Officer/Volunteer Co-ordinator will lead on the recruitment, training and retention of our Young Healthwatch and adult volunteers. The successful candidate will promote Healthwatch services and work, and raise awareness and enhance our reputation, using a wide range of engagement, marketing and communication techniques. This is a part-time post (24 hours) and more information can be found on the Job Description and Person Specification. The closing date is 5pm Wednesday March 30th.
Engagement and Insight Officer
The Engagement and Insight Officer will provide a comprehensive, consultative and participative expert service that reflects the diversity of the local population in order to ensure health and social care issues and gaps in services may be communicated effectively, addressed and progressed. Adopting group and partnership working, applying user involvement and engagement with local community and interested groups to enable residents and communities a stronger voice to challenge how health and social care services are provided locally. This is a part-time post (24 hours) and more information can be found on the Job Description and Person Specification. The closing date is 5pm on Thursday April 14th.
Data Collection Officer/Administrator
The Data Collection Officer/Administrator will offer a comprehensive administrative and data collection support service as part of a local Healthwatch service (that adopts group and partnership working to engage with the local community and interested groups they represent) in order to ensure health and social care issues and gaps in services may be communicated effectively, addressed and progressed. This is a part-time post (15 hours) and more information can be found on the Job Description and Person Specification. The closing date is 5pm on Thursday April 14th.
